If your warranty is still valid, it may cover the cost of certain parts that need to be replaced. Our technicians will verify any warranties remaining when checking your A/C system.

We perform maintenance for A/C split systems, packaged units, mini-splits, wall-packs and other types of equipment (commercial and residential).

BASIC MAINTENANCE for split system(s) includes:

Clean condenser (outdoor) coil ONLY

Clean drain line and pan

Test starting and electrical components for proper operation

Check refrigerant levels

Clean cabinet and return air grill

Inspect overall system for proper operation

Starting at $160 per system

FULL MAINTENANCE for split system(s) includes:

Remove and clean evaporator (indoor) coil

Also includes basic maintenance

Starting at $360 per system

Keeping a properly maintained A/C system can help you avoid costly repairs and damages. Proper A/C maintenance includes a regular schedule for air filter replacement, regular system inspections, and routine maintenance of your A/C equipment.
